General Provisions

We are pleased that you are visiting the Celebrio platform, managed by Optimum Process sp. z o.o. (hereinafter “Celebrio”). This platform includes the website available at https://online.celebrio.app, as well as all associated services, applications, and products designed for authorized streaming and distribution of content on the internet (“Services”). Please read the following terms carefully (“Terms”). By agreeing to these Terms—whether by registering, accessing, browsing, downloading, or using the Services—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the Services in any form.

If you agree to these Terms on behalf of a business or another legal entity, you represent that you have the appropriate authority to do so. If you are using the Services as an individual, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. In the case of individuals who have not yet reached the age of majority, parental or legal guardian consent is required for acceptance of these Terms. The terms “you” and “your” refer to you or the entity you represent.

Registration in the Services

To fully use the Services, you must register an account. During the registration process, you may be asked to provide information such as your first name, last name, email address, phone number, credit card details, billing information, and possibly other details. If the information provided proves to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete, Celebrio reserves the right to close your account or deny access to the Services. It is not permitted to hold more than one account per individual or organization unless Celebrio grants prior written consent. Automated creation of multiple accounts is also prohibited. Celebrio undertakes to treat the above information confidentially, in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

Right to Use the Services; Prohibited Activities

Under these Terms, Celebrio grants you a limited right to access and use the Services solely for personal purposes. In particular, you are prohibited from:

• Using any part of the Services to create or develop a product or service that is similar to or competes with the Services,
• Using the Services in a manner that could damage, overload, reduce performance, or disrupt the operation of the platform itself, Celebrio’s servers, cloud solutions, or other environments where the Services are hosted,
• Using the Services in a manner that is unlawful, prohibited by these Terms, or inconsistent with applicable regulations.

External Platforms

The Services enable you to upload, post, and share your content (“Your User Content”) on selected external platforms that you choose to connect with (“External Platforms”). By deciding to connect to such platforms, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service, rules, and policies. Celebrio is not liable for any breaches of the External Platforms’ terms of use by you. By using the Services, you agree that the Services may access your accounts on External Platforms and perform specified actions on your behalf (e.g., “connecting,” “subscribing,” “posting,” or “sharing”).

User Content

You declare that you have the necessary rights and permissions to all materials you upload via the Services (“Your User Content”), and that you bear full responsibility for their legality, reliability, accuracy, correctness, and availability. You are prohibited from posting content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, vulgar, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violates applicable laws,
• Promotes criminal or unlawful activities,
• Is pornographic in nature,
• Propagates violence,
• Exhibits discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability,
• May cause harm or injury,
• Contains advertising or marketing content,
• Does not belong to you or for which you do not hold the appropriate rights.

Celebrio does not actively review Your User Content but reserves the right to remove it if a violation of these Terms is detected.

Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Services may be subject to fees. The amount of these fees is specified in the current Celebrio price list available on the website. Celebrio reserves the right to modify its pricing policy and to introduce fees for features that were previously free, after informing users in advance.

External Providers

Celebrio relies on external cloud service providers and is not responsible for their availability, performance, or level of security.

Proprietary Rights

Celebrio holds all intellectual property rights related to the Services, including all improvements, updates, modifications, and analyses.

Privacy Policy

Please review Celebrio’s Privacy Policy, available in the same document. Acceptance of these Terms is equivalent to agreeing to the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Liability

The Services are provided “as is.” Celebrio makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted availability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Celebrio is not responsible for:

• Any losses or damages resulting from the use of the Services,
• Virus infections, bugs, malware,
• Any interruptions in the operation of the Services,
• Unauthorized access to user data.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Celebrio be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. The maximum amount of any claim against Celebrio is limited to the total fees you have paid over the last twelve months.

Modifications to the Terms

Celebrio reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The amended Terms will take effect 7 days after their publication, regardless of whether you explicitly consent to them. If you do not agree with the newly introduced provisions, you should stop using the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
